We will be welcoming Minooka, Illinois’ own woodworker, funnyman, and star of stage and screen Nick Offerman to celebrate the release of his newest book: Little Woodchucks: Offerman Woodshop's Guide to Tools and Tomfoolery. Nick, a longtime friend of the Center, will be joining us in the Agrarian Culture Center to talk about woodworking projects for all ages, from making your own box kite to more challenging offerings like a little free library or a little free meat locker.
If you or a loved one enjoyed Nick’s previous titles ‘Gumption’, ‘Paddle Your Own Canoe’, ‘Where The Deer and The Antelope Play’, or ‘Good Clean Fun’, you are going to love this one as well.
This is a ticketed event, with your entry including a signed and personalized hardcover copy of Little Woodchucks and good fellowship with Nick, The Berry Center, and your fellow woodcraft enthusiasts.
