Our Rose Beef flank steak is a premium cut of our signature grass-fed veal. Known for its lean, firm texture and rich beef flavor, it's excellent grilled, broiled, or sliced thinly across the grain for fajitas and stir-fries. Simply prepared, it's an easy way to bring locally raised, quality beef into your home kitchen.

Each individual steak weighs approximately 0.7 lbs.

Our Mission

Our Home Place Meat was established by The Berry Center in 2017 to develop a co-op for small to mid-size livestock farmers to sell local Kentucky grass fed meat to regional markets.

Beginning in our home place – Henry County, KY – we are building a healthy food and farm model that can be replicated in communities throughout the country.

I'll respond here though I am not Ryan and this is not my order.
I am Peter and I received my, larger and mixed order. So far, its been great, I have consumed 3 meals so far. What I have eaten has been delicious!
I also have questions for which I cannot find answers and no easy, ie online, way of asking those.
For instance, what is shelf life of meats not frozen? There was a bit of blood in my box from, I suppose, a 'broken' package, how much shelf life?
Finally, is everything shipped frozen? If so, how thawed would require the fridge and not be 're-frozen"?
This isn't much of a review so treat it as best... print ir not.
