Raised on Kentucky pastures without antibiotics or hormones, this Rose Beef veal ribeye offers the rich flavor of pasture-raised beef with the natural tenderness of veal. It cooks quickly and takes well to a hot sear, bringing out its exceptional flavor. 

Simple seasoning and high heat are all you need—grill, pan-sear, or broil for a steak that’s both flavorful and easy to prepare. Sourced from local family farms committed to responsible, pasture-based farming.

Rose Veal Ribeye Steak Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb grass-fed Rose Veal Ribeye Steaks- 4 tbsp olive oil (or butter)
  • 2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1/4 tsp thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions:

  • In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  • Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of each strip steak.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet or pan over medium-high heat.
  • Add the seasoned ribeye steaks one at a time, cooking for about 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and well-seasoned.
  • Reduce heat to low, uncovered, and place the steaks in the oven at 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook until internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C). Remove from oven when done.
  • Cut each ribeye steak into thin slices and serve immediately with your choice of sides.

Beginning in our home place – Henry County, KY – we are building a healthy food and farm model that can be replicated in communities throughout the country.
